Keep All Your Records
- This is a very important step in ensuring everything is worked out in your favor in something in the transaction manages to spoil. Be sure to keep all correspondence ranging from emails, packing slips, notes from any phone conversations, any notes you might have, and any payment information. You want to be as prepared as possible if the transaction turns south so you won’t be left on the sour end.
- One of the most important things you can do to keep track of every aspect of the transaction is to print out an original copy of the ad itself. This is something most people wouldn’t think about doing, but you must make sure you do. You do not want to be unable to prove whether or not something was described of left out in an ad.
